The criteria for acceptance into the honors level chorus, orchestra, and band, was for our students to prepare and perform high-level musical excerpts from orchestral and choral literature for an accredited adjudicator.

A teacher's impact often has a ripple effect that spans a lifetime. We are so thankful for the dedicated and inspirational teachers we have in our school district!

Teachers in collaboration with students from Mount St. Mary’s College set up learning activities for the students. The Family and Community Engagement (FACE) team and the Registration Department were in attendance to support the event.

Meadow Hill school has hosted a Culture Night every April for the past seven (7) years to cast a spotlight on the richness of their wonderfully diverse community. Every year they try to add a new element.

The Â鶹¹ÙÍø Enlarged City School Â鶹¹ÙÍø welcomed more than 400 musicians at Â鶹¹ÙÍø Free Academy and hosted the Orange County Music Educators Association’s (OCMEA) All-County festival.

This guided paint event was instructed by Miss Dutcher, the Middle School Art Teacher. Everyone walked through step-by-step to paint a wonderful Ladybug Scene with a Flower!

New Windsor School provided our families with Special Sunglasses as well as activities for the Solar Eclipse Event. Our families had so much fun as well as shared what they have learned from the event.

The New Windsor Drama Club recently gave two exceptional performances of the musical Jukebox Time Machine! The show was a musical journey through decades of music, highlighting songs and dances of different times.

Students explored different books on multiple sports to promote engagement and excitement as they get ready to become research experts.

The NFA Book Club will be reading We Deserve Monuments by Jas Hammonds as their May selection. Copies are available by signing up at your NFA library or contacting Ms. O'Neill at AONeill@necsd.net. All NFA students are welcome to participate.

The students, all in agreement, explained that a person’s outward appearance has no bearing on their inside; where true beauty is found. The class spoke at lengths on what determines a beautiful person.

Today is National School Lunch Hero Day! Our School Lunch Heroes are some of the first people to arrive at our schools each day and often interact with every Goldback, every single day!
